"Except one thing that I will mention at the end — The room was nice and clean. The public baths were great (able to tried both located on 5F and 6F) - well maintained and clean. The view of 6F public bath was spectacular. It’s definitely not convenient location because it’s the terminus station of the bus from Gora. Going back to Gora you will definitely take hotel shuttle which ends at 5pm, or taxi. We happened coming from Gotemba where the bus stops right outside the hotel. So the only thing we didn’t like - the private hot tub in the room. (1) small that could just fit one (we happened to go to another onsen hotel and in-room tub could fit 2); the room’s tub is at the balcony… let’s not say it maybe too cold at night. It was very dark at night too. There were only very dim light at the corner of the balcony making it very dark at night. — the dark and cold and small tub making us impossible to enjoy the private tub in the room. Not sure how others would enjoy or do that at night. But we think it’s just something that looks nice for you to have but it’s just not practical."

"The Hotel was very good for what it was… a dated 4 star theme park hotel. I booked the Mt Fuji view room but it was too cloudy to enjoy the view (no one’s fault) … the onsen was closed too which I might have missed a notification about. The room itself was well maintained, we had a sofa bed extended out for my daughter… so it was slightly cozy but comfortable. Importantly it was clean and everything worked like it should. We enjoyed the fact that it had private access to the Fuji Q theme park with discounted full-day passes. Staff were helpful, very good."

"Booked in for an overnight todo Fuji-Q and explore the area with 2a/2c. Hotel is clean and staff were helpful with my limited Japanese. The Buffet Breakfast was tasty with an offering of hot and cold options. We stayed in the family room the beds were comfy and clean and offered,USB-C,USB-A and 110v for each bed (2 of each for the double bed 1 on each side ). Only downside is the room is a bit small with limited luggage storage options and even with only weekend backpack and roll away carryon bag we were a bit cramped."
