An amazing resort and location. About 15 minutes by shuttle bus or cab to Hoi An which is a beautiful charming town. You can chill and relax at the resort and then be in the hustle and bustle of Hoi An town. Fantastic food and wine. Fast internet, excellent staff and service, breakfast spread was large with egg station n pho daily. Varied freshly baked bread, Viet coffee station plus coffee with oat milk even! Fruits and Viet specialties. Highly recommend

In short. You get what you pay for, don't go expecting a very high standard of service standards or breakfast choices. It's the same old stuff daily. Language is barrier even with translation. Another point to take note, is that they don't even have Credit card payment options. We were told to pay for tours using hard cash, which is not an ideal option, especially if you plan to use cash ONLY for souvenirs, food, shopping at stalls or shops that use only cash.

Location - Ideal. On the river, a short walk away from the old town. Food - Great. Breakfast was really good. A good wine list, shockingly good for such a small town. The local food on the menu was a revelation. Service - Excellent. Noel and his team treated us like family. Room - Spacious, well maintained and has a great bed. We had a room with what was probably the least desirable location - facing the main road. So there was a bit of noise from the traffic. But we really didn't hear much once...

Level of excllence on all point of view. Quite, clean, wonderful environement great staff... We were lucky to be upgraded in Ocean View bungalow... just amazing... if you are not ready to pay for Ocean view, choose Garden view (because River view is on the road side, less quite and missing the great atmosphere on inner side of the resort)

Nice location, quiet and away from the bustle of the old town. Booked 2 joining rooms for 2 nights stay- overall clean environment and had a peaceful stay with the family.

Relaxing atmosphere and very friendly staff.

We were upgraded to junior suite, which is wonderful. Ocean view was good, I can't describe how hard it was to leave the bed every morning staring into the sea and sky. if windows are open u can hear the traffic so we kept them closed. Very new and clean. Minor feedback is that the aircon control shines a small light at night, next to the bed, which didn't bother me but disturbed my partner's sleep. Nothing a little sticker or post-it can't fix.

We booked the 2 bedroom garden villa. While it was the smallest on offer, it has well surpassed all our expectations. The service, serenity and facilities were all top notch. The service staff remembered all our names and trips which weren't organised through the hotel! The restaurants, pools and beach felt all so private. We thoroughly enjoyed the service at the spa - and as an added bonus - the jacuzzi and steam bath are complimentary. Room service was the fastest I have experienced...

It was a very very beautiful and peaceful resort. Though we weren't so sure that was it due to off peak season that there was so few guests around. The breakfast spread was so awesome we had like 3-4 servings each morning! The hotel staff were extremely helpful and we were thankful for them to assist us in our every needs. The bed was so big and comfortable that we had such good nights sleep thru out our stay. Thank you! We will be back!
