Restaurant and lobby staff are very friendly, responsive and eager to be helpful. Excellent massage staff. In face we went twice on our two night visit. I requestd special massage technique for my shoulder and masseuse adapted to resolve my issue. Meals were excellent and fairly priced, however cocktails were over priced. We arrived at 4:20pm and our room still wasn’t ready. When we got to our room at 6pm there was no extra bed which we’d paid for. We had a package including canapés and cocktails 4:30-6. We ordered right on 4:30 but it took half an hour for any food or drink to come. Canapés were one miniature chicken wing and a dollop of dip with a few vegetable sticks each.
