Great choice for a short stay to explore Austin.
The location is convenient if you want to explore Austin. Good for a short stay as the place is clean, bed and pillow is comfy. 2 queen bed makes it very affordable for a family of 4.

For the price (excludes MY tax of RM10 per night that you have to pay at the hotel), it is a safe place with some eateries (e.g. mcdonalds, the toast) within walkable distance. Room is clean. Nothing much to complain about if you just need a reasonably priced stay. Downside is that the walls are not really soundproof, so you may hear people talking or toilet flushing sound at night.

Exceeds expectations
The staff was professional and helpful. Not an issue for safety as they hire security during night time and they also have key access in the lift, i.e., only hotel guests are able to access hotel room levels with their room keycards. Location is near to happenings at Mt Austin. Staff advised that the checks for parking usually starts from 9am onwards so advisable to place parking coupons - the hotel may provide coupons but unsure as we had our own. Only thing is they only provide a 3-in-1 shampoo in the toilet so something to note if you are not bringing your own shampoo/shower gel.

Decent stay at a great area
Location is great as it is near to all the local foods and entertainment in Mount Austin. Just that the hotel is a bit old and doesnt felt maintained. Bed is hard. But for the price is pretty decent. There are still many other hotels with similar pricing and better comfort.

It's a repeat stay and again very satisfied. Easy and convenient access to Aeon Tebrau City nearby, as well as lots of cafes and bubble tea shops within walking distance to explore for those who like cafe-hopping. Also walkable to the Mount Austin Waterpark and more than a few Karaoke hubs for those who like adventure or singing. Overall a pleasant stay in a safe, clean, comfortable and well-serviced hotel.

Clean, comfy, simple and affordable. I like that the staff are helpful and attentive. Security guard at the door so it feels safe. Wifi is good and simple bathroom amenities are provided including toothbrush. For this price this is amazing comfort details and I'm happy with it. Would come back again.

the room is clean and there is a 7-11 a few stores away... there is this really friendly stray dog that hangs around the area and we got cat food for it.. cat food is the only pet food we can find in 7-11.. anyway if anyone is staying there pls do feed the poor friendly dog

Simple and clean boutique hotel
Very friendly and polite staffs. Very helpful and patience in assisting me and answer my queries. I reach the hotel very early, the staff still allow me to check in. Room is simple but good and clean enough for short stay. Very near to Aeon Mall Tebrau City, just a short ride of Grab to reach there. Overall, is a happy stay and will return next time.

Good location . Many eateries nearby hotel . Security was fantastic as there is always one sitting outside the hotel . Service is even more fantastic as parking is not free but hotel take the initiative to lookout and place the coupon should the warden come and check
