"I never knew about this hotel and this is my 3rd time staying around Ota city. Having booked 2 nights I can say without fail that this hotel wont disappoint anyone that at least spends 1 night here. Great service and friendly/helpful staff."

"Clean rooms, helpful staff"

"A nice hotel with good breakfast. The only negative thing, if any, is the early check out time."

"Good experience with good staffs."

"We loved our stay! The apartment was very close to a train station, several conbinis and multiple great restaurants. The owner was very easy to get ahold of and communicated efficiently. Even sent a list of recommended things for the area. It's a very residential area, mostly quiet. Had a few nights with boisterous neighbors but nothing some earplugs couldn't handle. The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal and I missed it as soon as I got home haha 10/10 would stay again!"

"The need to offer early check ins if it request upon booking "

"Very pleasant hotel. We enjoyed our stay."

"So convenient to Haneda Airport. Lovely common room, delicious complimentary breakfast, and very comfortable room. Staff very friendly."
