Very clean hotel, lots of amenities and free shuttle going to Disneyland/Disneysea and going back to the hotel. Kudos to the staff, all of them are accommodating, very nice and helpful. "The onsen on the 14th floor is so great with beautiful views. Wish I had gone there last year when we stayed there. Would stay again at &Here Ueno because we love the staff and area so much. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Upper floors with park view are the only way to go."
