"The room was clean and the daily housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast buffet which I added was delicious with plenty of food to choose from. The room had great air and heat to make sure we were comfortable. The staff was very accommodating."

"This hotel is AMAZING. The only reason I gave a four star review was because the laundry dryers are absolutely terrible… you could literally spend a hundred dollars trying to dry a load of clothes lol. The only other and main reason for me as a celiac, was food was such an issue and no one has much knowledge in Japan on gluten. (most places thought gf meant vegetarian) If you don’t have food issues then for sure this hotel is a 5/5! It’s clean, organized and friendly. "

"The room was pretty outdated but it did everything i needed for rest and to refresh myself. The bathroom is on the small side and made for more petite people. The water pressure was great though! Bed was firm enough and only comes with one pillow, but you can request to make sure they have stock. The hotels steps from the konbini and a few mins from the mall and metro. They have laundry amenities as well for a cheap price if you decide to use it and the room has a kettle, microwave and mini fridge."

"When I checked-in, someone assisted me to a self check-in booth and ask me to type my full name. Because my name is long and needs a period, it took me time to enter it and did it a few times because it can’t find my booking. Then I asked the staff if there’s other way to check in, then they guided me to a person in the reception. They should have told me earlier! Anyway, the room was splendid and spacious for a standard room. I love their theme as well. Breakfast was plentiful, I was expecting a coffee maker but they don’t have one though. "
