"Lovely quiet location in Ueno. Train stations and food options not far away. Great staff. Rooms clean and tidy and little extras like providing charger cable and deodorizer for shoes were appreciated. They also held our luggage after check out so we could fill in some hours shopping before heading to the airport. Great hotel. Would recommend and stay again when I return to Tokyo."
