Richmond Hotel Premier Asakusa International

10/10 Excellent
"Very convenient location— shops, restaurants and subway stations within walking distance. Nice hotel and decent sized room. We still had lots of things to do around the hotel after an entire day in other area of Tokyo, very safe area."

CROSS Suites Tokyo Asakusa(ORIX HOTELS & RESORTS)

"It felt like coming home! This is the best hotel we’ve stayed in during our trip to Japan as a family of five. The staff are unbelievably welcoming and kind as well as thoughtful, including everyone from the front desk to the team who changed the towels and bins. They looked after us were genuine and sincere help and humility. This makes a huge difference when staying as a family but made it very easy for me to rebook the hotel at the end of our trip. The day we left a festival took up the road in front of the hotel this meant a taxi which was kindly booked by the hotel could not travel onto the road. It was never a problem for the staff who immediately offered to trolley our luggage down the road to a new meeting point and wait with us. We didn’t ask for help but they offered it. The Hotel is as described and I feel better than the pictures however the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. This is how all hotels in all country should be and we were very happily return hopefully very soon!"

"The English-speaking staff was very helpful and accommodating while the room was very comfortable. While being spacious and cozy, smart space saving elements made the room feel almost like an apt which gave us a safe and comfortable space to rest and unwind at the end of the day. The rooftop garden was amazing, especially the the organic grass floor. We look forward to staying at this property again so that we can try out the café downstairs that we missed! Also, loved the fact that staff came to clean and make the room without having to request!"
