"One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Location was amazing. Easy walk to Tokyo Station making our train travel to Hakone less stressful. Also a few minutes from the Ginza line. Breakfast was fresh and snack during the evening was a bonus. Also drinks available until the late evening as well. Toiletries provided and shampoo and conditioner and soap was a nice quality. Clean pajamas were laid out every night. Staff was very helpful and incredibly nice."

"Old hotel and so many foreign tourists in groups, and the lobby was a mess. check in process took so long because there were only one or two receptionist. The air conditioner was not working well but they gave us a fan which was helpful, too bad they do no have a room service. Some of the front desk personnel provide a great service but others were not, so I do not know if i want to stay again"

"The view from the room was fantastic, and the room itself was spacious, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, those were the strongest parts of the stay. The smell of cigarette smoke on the ground floor was very strong and unpleasant, and the hotel overall felt quite old, with dated amenities. The view was probably the only feature that felt close to a five-star experience. Overall, it was practical and spacious, but the property itself felt tired and less polished than we expected."

"Everything about the properly is excellent. The location is excellent (quite yet nearby busy Ginza and Tokyo Station), all members of staff we interacted with were excellent, all the amenities were excellent. The AC worked perfectly, the massage chair seemed dumb at first but we soon loved it, everything about the bathroom was perfect. The only "issue" was how small the rooms, but they designed them very thoughtfully so we never felt cramped while staying there and we had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again next time I am in Tokyo."
