"Avoid this hotel if you are looking for a "premium" experience. I splurged on a stay at Keio Plaza because the photos on Expedia showed updated rooms and promised down comforters. What we actually got was a room stuck in the 1980s—complete with pink bathroom fixtures (sink and tub) and a thin, "Motel 6" style polyester blanket. The mattresses were the worst part: barely 6 inches thick and looked like old-fashioned (coil style), were rock-hard and extremely uncomfortable. When I complained, the manager was useless. He actually sent me to a second room just to "prove" that they were all the same instead of trying to help. I had to spend two hours arguing and eventually brought my blanket down to the lobby as proof of one of their misleading advertisements as it wasn't a down comforter. Only after this exhaustion did he move us to an updated room. His service was unprofessional, and the room quality is a total gamble. Do not trust their room photos. The rest of the hotel: lobby, entrance and restaurants are beautiful. Some of their rooms not so much."

"Overall this is in a great location, close to trains. Where we struggled was the elevator situation. We would wait 10 minutes for an elevator. Everything time we would want to leave or return we were waiting for an elevator. Additionally, the rooms were very small. My husband is 6’2” and struggled. The dryers in the laundry room took an hour and a half to dry, and even then they were still damp. It’s a great budget friendly hotel in a great location. The lobby, and lounge are lovely, the pool area lovely as well. It’s just the laundry room, elevators and size of room."
