We recently stayed for two weeks as we explored Kyoto and environs and had a fantastic experience. Clean, well-appointed room, laundry and kitchenette invaluable, shower and soaking tub terrific. Very helpful staff called taxis, recommended a karaoke spot for English speakers, and were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and responsive. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Very helpful staff. Gave us a great recommendation for dinner (okonomiyaki). Loved that they have a washer/dryer in the room as I did a load of laundry every night.
