The Quest Preston apartment unit is huge and clean and I really enjoyed my 4 day stay here when I am on business trip. It is fully equipped apartment with washing machine, dryer, full kitchen, living room. Next time I can bring my family for vacation

Exceeded expectations. We had an emergency , and the front desk team did their best to assist. Big thank you. Compliments to Mr Ryan from ginger restaurant for the warm hospitality as well. Hotel guests also have access to snap fitness that is open 24/7, attached mall has plenty of f&b, cafe, supermarkets. Thumbs up!

It just simply fantastic

Fresh new hotel along St Kilda Road. Neighborhood is mostly office towers and condo blocks, but is a 20-minute walk from the South Melbourne shopping area or a 20-minute tram ride to St. Kilda beach. Very pleasant and walkable neighborhood. The hotel is quite new, fresh, and extremely clean. Service was great although scope of facilities is more limited than a full-service hotel.

Clean room, with great space.. Distance to CBD is good. Food was nice and every staff are helpful.

I almost always stay at the Grand Hyatt when in Melbourne for work trips. The location can't be beat and the service quality is consistent. The rooms are well-equipped and super spacious.

Meriton never fails to meet expectation. The rooms are big, spacious and clean. All the necessary amenities were available. The staffs were friendly at all time. The location is also great, within walking distance to trams and train stations, nearby restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend!

Overall, this is a pleasant stay in the new hotel. The only pity is that TFE doesn't record my booking in the hotel loyalty portal.

A wonderful corner room with 2 different views of the city. Service staff from housekeeper to concierge were excellent and probably the people that got them the ratings. Tram and train lines were just out the door which makes it convenient to get around.

After staying at about 12 hotels across Asia and US this year, this was by far the best trained, most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered. The actual hotel was lovely, modern, new and fresh. The room was very comfortable (Corner King) with a large sofa, table for Dijon’s or working, USB-C ports, a well laid out bathroom with a massive shower. But the distinguishing factor was definitely the people - no request was too small, I was greeted very warmly when I entered and when I left...

The double room is nicely furnished and spacious, bed is comfortable. They make up the room daily. Great location. Had a great stay. Will stay here again.
