"We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Montecarlo! The hotel is in a wonderful, central location close to Piazza San Marco. The staff was helpful, always ready to answer questions or give advice on local restaurants, things to do, etc. We had them arrange a water taxi for us to go to the airport, and it was an exceptionally smooth process. They even helped us transport our luggage to the water taxi. We never had breakfast or afternoon tea at the hotel, so I can't give an opinion on those. I would definitely stay at the Hotel Montecarlo again and recommend it to others. "

"We had the corner junior suite with a jaccuzi bathtub in the room. They provided the bubble bath, Prosecco, robes, and amenities! Bed was so comfortable, I took a 4-hour nap as soon as we arrived. Palazzo Veneziano was a lovely stay, and their breakfast which was included was delicious, satisfying, and amazing, especially their cappuccinos and lattes! They arranged our transfers to and from the airport. Stefano, or driver, was most gracious and helpful in giving us local tips, good eats, and must-see places to visit, all of which we did! The Palazzo staff were very accommodating, helpful, and friendly making sure our stay was memorable! And the bar mixologist was also excellent! You will have fun with them! "

"Great location as a home base to visit Venice for a few days. It's an old building with lots of character, wonderful staff, beautiful details, just abit more than a hostel and way more privacy, best location too. Highly recommend to solo or couple travelers as well."

Breakfast each morning was delicious and incredibly fresh, the perfect way to start our days of exploring. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the people around the area were just as warm, making the whole experience feel even more special. We loved how close the hotel was to plenty of shops, landmarks, and charming streets to wander through. Everything we wanted to see felt just steps away. We truly can’t wait to go back. This hotel made our Venice trip unforgettable. "
