Accor Hotels, Narita hotels

Luxurious stay and impeccable service by staff. Had the best Japanese experience one could ask for in terms of service, stay and dining! Walking distance to the temple and the famous fresh eel shop. Opted for breakfast and dinner. Totally worth it! Although it would be good to have a brief guide for those clueless guests like myself on the proper way to eat the magnificent spread offered. Overall, room was clean it was the highlight and perfect way to end my Japan trip. Thank you to the...

Convenient hotel for an early flight out of Tokyo. Transport to the nearby malls and train station was a bonus!

The room is spacious and clean. It is near the train station, just 5-10 mins walk. There are some restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. The airport shuttle service is good. It is a good option to stay in order to catch early flight.

We had a great stay at Narita Tobu Hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. The free airport shuttle was a big plus, making transfers so convenient. The highlight for me was definitely the Refa shower head iykyk. Overall, a pleasant stay and highly recommended, especially for travellers flying in or out of Narita Airport.

I was warmly greeted by a lady upon arrival to the hotel lobby. She was warmed and friendly while assisting me to check in. I am unable to catch her name tag as it was written in Japanese but I will remember her face and smile. Friendly and approachable yet professional in her work. Hotel was clean and neat upon arriving. The shuttle bus amenity to airport and Aeon Narita is superb and super convenient. Breakfast choices was good with wide selection of both international and local...

Extremely convenient with dedicated shuttle bus at regular intervals to Narita Airport.

My original intent for choosing this hotel was its convenient proximity to the airport, given my early morning flight. Yet, this property exceeded my expectations and emerged as more than a simple transit stopover. The availability of shuttle services to both airport terminals, Aeon Mall, and the main Narita station, coupled with the hotel's extensive range of amenities, offered me a rich spectrum of activities. What pleasantly surprised me was the presence of a 7-Eleven within the hotel...
