Nice staff nice room. But dryer amount is good to increase at least double of current quantity

I love their public bath amenities, everything is so clean and well maintained. They even have a sauna for guests to enjoy and soak in.

From the fantastic selection to breakfast, to the impeccable cleanliness and helpful staff, I can't recommend this hotel enough. Truly superb.

Clean and huge room. Do note that there is a shower cubicle in the toilet (aside from the bathtub), which was great as we were initially worried the elderly would need to climb in to take a shower. Breakfast was however not fantastic and not worth the money.

Took the complimentary shuttle bus from JR Kamaeoka station provided by the Ryokan. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by someone who personally attended to me and brought me to my room. I selected the room package that came with dinner as well as breakfast and they were all served in-room. Food was really good and fresh and again I was being attended to during the meals. The ryokan also had an outdoor and indoor onsen and although it wasnt very big but it was good enough as the ryokan...

Imperial surpassed expectations. From the moment you walk in, staff stand ready to assist, with even the smallest request. the family room is simply perfect for a small family of four and the adjoining rooms were so comfortable. floor area was tremendous, for example, in the main room, there was a 2 seater sofa, with a lazy chair and work table, and tv console with luggage area. i could still open up two large Rimowa luggages in the middle of the room and have space to walk around them. the kids...

Clean rooms

This is our 2nd time in Arima Grand Hotel and we stay for two nights. We enjoy the Kobe beef and sea food dinner as well as the Onsen. The private bath Onsen is very good and clean.-:)

very good, the staff there are professional and lovely.

Great location, short walk to Dotonbori and access to several subway lines (nearest is JR Namba station). There is also Nipponbashi and Shinsekai slightly further away. The hotel has a 7-11, a public bath and numerous washing machines on the 4th floor (the wash+dry ones are in the public bath area) washing machine status are trackable using the in room TV. The staff are really helpful and are able to communicate in english. There is also a separate luggage hold and transfer service on the 2nd...

Everything was amazingly good - service, check-in, onsen, serenity, room.
