" My room was quiet and conveniently located near the park, which made the stay very pleasant. While the hotel doesn’t offer full dining options - a detail I unfortunately misunderstood - they do provide a breakfast service, and for other meals you’ll need to dine out or use online or local delivery services. The hotel makes this very easy by offering a selection of local delivery options online and everything I ordered arrived quickly, so the location works well for that purpose. Under normal circumstances I would have enjoyed dining out, as there are plenty of great places close by, but I was visiting for a medical procedure and needed in-room dining this time. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, and the room itself was a good size and very comfortable. For the purpose of my trip it was an ideal setup and I will visit again when I'm next in this part of a London. "

"Beautiful Victorian style building but with elevators! Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful with our luggages. Nice, quiet, upscale neighborhood yet convenient to tourist places-shopping, dining, transportation (Big Bus tour buses), Kensington Gardens, etc.Walkable distance to Paddington station & shops! Healthy breakfast menu is a plus!"

"Friendly helpful welcoming staff. Hotel was in a lovely quiet location 5 minutes walk from the tube station. The room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and a well equipped kitchenette. We were on the 4th floor which was a good workout on the legs - would suggest requesting a lower floor room if you have any mobility issues. "
