Hotel is brand new and very conveniently located near Osaka Umeda station. While the room is typical Japanese business hotel, it had everything needed. The best part was the great communal bath on the 4th floor and the breakfast on the top floor. View was nice and even has a swimming pool, unfortunately too cold in November for a dip.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The check in process is very modern and easy, especially for young travelers who love automation. We also loved having a convenience store inside the property, this was extremely useful.

Our room was a bit small, but very clean and comfortable. We had connecting rooms, which was great for our stay. I loved that there was a charging port next to each bed—so convenient! The gym was excellent, with both weights and machines available. My husband and I also visited the spa and really enjoyed it. There was even a small market on our floor, which made it easy to grab anything we needed, and the laundry area was convenient too—no need to bring detergent. Overall, a great stay!

A+, close to local public tranaportation hub, plenty of dining and entertainment venues, definitely will stay here again. But the gym is ~1000 yen? for each use, it. should be included

The laundry facility was convenient and easy to monitor in the room, but the dryers are poor. Even with cleaning the lint filter, it still took 1.5 hours to fully dry a load. There also needs to be a trash can on the laundry room for deposing the lint. Other than the above, this was a great place to stay.

Rooms are very small but that's normal in Japan. AC, because it's winter they have it set up for heat only, no AC option, had to call reception to get a small fan and we open the window for ventilation. Pretty much we slept with no heating on and the window cracked open. check out is very early 10 a.m. to have a late check out you have to pay $2,000 yen per hour which is worth it. We paid all the way to 1:00 p.m. 6,000 yen. They have a convenience store on the 4th floor in an amazing spa. So yeah it's worth it

The room was nice but very small it was clean. They charge for literally every single thing I would not recommend and I wouldn’t stay here again even the gym is for a fee the only good thing about this hotel was the machine that compresses your clothes which was low key complicated but it works it’s just for a few 100 yen for 3 mins. The public bath was cool however they don’t welcome tattoos and you gotta cover them and they only give you two patches you can’t even purchase more!! Staff isn’t friendly. Totally hated this hotel
