"Unique resort-style hotel, with cultural books displayed in the hotel rooms and tons of books in the floor-to-ceiling bookshelf in the 3rd floor cafeteria. I stayed there for 10 days in August. AC worked well. Love the laundry room, self-serving easy laundry. Two types of fruit teas and herbal teas were served at the front desk ball day long. Dried herbs were displayed in the hall way, free to take for freshness in hot summer. Super friendly staff. They use Bots to delivery small packages and food deliveries to the room doors. When I checked out, I had them ship two packages and one suitcase. The staff took care everything. All three packages arrived at my house in Hangzhou in two days as expected. "Great hotel to for a Disneyland Shanghai trip . The hotel offers transfers to and from the park which is super convenient. The rooms are a good size and the onsite facilities are great . Would definitely stay at this property on the next trip to Shanghai Disneyland. "
