"All staffs are excellent guest services. The restaurants are very good foods. The only thing that I don’t like is the customers front desk are not friendly and when I asked for 1 hour late check out she said no. The location is handy for activities too: my daughter was able to go boat paragliding just across the street. "It was a pleasant. Bed was a bit hard bit after a day's tour, we also slept like a log. Suggest they should put memory foam to make it more comfortable. Also, the bathroom, they should also put an anti slip mat to prevent slipping. And the shower is too high and cannot be adjusted. Phuc Long Luxury Hotel is well located fronting the beach. And lots of restaurants nearby. They also gave a free bar one time."
