I had a terrible time finding the place because the hotels.com listing had no proper address. The cab driver who has worked here for decades had never heard of this tiny place. "The service was wonderful, the room spacious and clean, the pool games and music were fun, the food was delicious, our kiddos LOVED the water park. It was such an engaging place that we didn’t even care that the beach was a bust because the sargassum seaweed bloom because there’s much fun and relaxation to be had at the pool. We would go to the adult side sometimes, but it’s actually more fun on the family side. I would return here! "

"EXCELLENTE!!! We had an amazing experience from the moment we arrived with Jonathan in the front lead bell boy, took our bags, welcomed us home. He helped us with everything from bags to taxis. Front desk, our gamer friend Gina helped us upgrade our room from an ocean view to an ocean front, took care of any reservations questions and all room and resort questions we had. 1 thing we could have done without was the hustling concierge that wanted to sell us a timeshare so bad he followed (escorted) us to our room and even called our room twice to get us to come to a timeshare showing. I understand it’s a business, but once we said, “No, we are on a family vacation with plans all week”, he should have gotten the hint and allowed us to enjoy our time hassle free. Other than the slight annoyance from the time share which really wasn’t a big issue, EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect! Pools, food options, food quality, room quality, cleanliness, room service, themed nights, it was top shelf greatness from beginning to end! "

"Second time at this hotel and it never disappoints. All the staff are exceptionally courteous and professional. The rooms and common areas are impeccably clean. If you don't feel like going out your room comes equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and stove burners with fume hoods. It's a great place if you want to rest, relax and recharge from normal life. Grateful that this hotel and it's staff add to the Playa del Carmen charm! Thank you. Denis D."

"Clean. Safe. Quiet. Close to the beach and small restaurants, but far enough away from the tourist areas. This is perfect for people who want a quieter experience and a great beach, seconds from their room. It is also just down the street from Pranamaya Free dive which offers a variety of excursions. "Amazing staff, very attentive if we needed anything. Beds were a little hard and pillows could use a refresh. Very close to the best beach in Playa Del Carmen so we appreciated that. Overall it's a wonderful small hotel that's a little out of the way to enjoy the 5th Avenue experience but if you don't mind a stroll its well worth staying at, and you can't beat the price."
