"We had a wonderful stay at this resort and would happily return. The highlight of our experience was the exceptional staff, who were consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to make sure guests felt welcome and well cared for. Their hospitality truly made our vacation special. The food was another standout. Every meal we had was delicious, with a great variety of options and excellent quality throughout our stay. HIGHLY recommend the Mahi tacos at the bar! The only drawback was that the walls between rooms seemed quite thin. We could often hear conversations, televisions, and other noises from neighboring rooms, which occasionally made it difficult to fully relax. While this didn't ruin our experience, it is an area that could be improved. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated the outstanding service and excellent food."

"Staff was nice. We had no warm water in our shower as we were told the water heater went down but would be fixed. (Showered with cold water all weekend) We were also told that the pool closes at dusk, yet it closed at 6 while we had our items at the pool. When we asked, is the pool closed they said no, it closes at 7 yet, the gate was locked. I feel like they need to figure out the gate system and make it accessible via room key. I wake up early to see the sunrise yet I have to walk around because the back gate is locked. The last day after walking around we walked to the back gate at 9:30 and it was locked. Beautiful property, great staff, just figure out your accessibility. Overall enjoyed my stay but I probably won’t stay back. What did you excuse me? Where did you say? What did you say? Did you say that we get very angry during Sami? OK."

"Very spacious and equipped rooms, very clean, and beautiful. Nice staff. Restaurant and supermarket across the street. Had an incident were other guest were jumping in the pool and splashing everyone else and security came really fast and solved the issue very efficiently. Will recommend to have 2 sinks in master bedroom. Such a big bathroom, it’s a shame that only have one sink. Will"

"2 complaints. We had a 15 late check in. Rooms were not ready on time. The other complaint is the water filters were supposed to be changed by April 2025. This water is in the dispenser in the fitness room. I let a desk person know. Other than the 2 things above, the stay was great. Staff were very polite. The maid did an excellent job the one day we had our rooms cleaned. The breakfast was good and the ladies who are tending to it kept things filled and spotless. Overall a great stay! Ty!"

"We enjoyed Norman and Stephanie, they were very helpful and resourceful. We did breakfast everyday in the hotel, there was always staff available for whatever we needed. The cleaning crew was great as well, there weren’t new faces constantly our entire stay we were able to get familiar with those who were working with us and I’m thankful. Cannot wait to visit again."
