Very clean hotel that felt modern and fresh. Location is super convenient - walkable to anywhere within West End, and very close to Holborn tube station. There was a small issue with the curtains in my room, so they changed my room without fuss.
Room I stayed in was very small; fine for a solo traveller with small luggage, but would be tricky for two people or if you have a big suitcase. Bed was quite hard, but that may be a personal preference thing.

Great aircon. New and convenient. Couple of minutes walk from Tottenham Court Station. Right at the busy shopping streets. Had a great sleep in the pod. Gripes are there should install a basket type of rack in the showers so that we can put our stuff in it, and perhaps provide slippers too. Overall, still highly recommended to stay.

First time staying in the hotel. Very central and convenient. Walking distance to Covent Garden. Short distance from the train stations that leads to other parts of connecting trains in the network. Lots of eateries around the area and easy to walk to China town, Piccadilly Circus, Soho, Oxford street.

Room was spacious and new. Towels were thick and clean. Hot water for shower were almost immediate unlike certain hotels that take a while to heat up. The breakfast selection must be one of the best around.
In terms of location it’s very convenient and about 3-5 min to Victoria station where you can catch a train to Gatwick Airport. The bus terminal located here also means many buses end here.
Becos the hotel is rather big and strangely designed, it can be a challenge walking through a maze...

My stay at Holmes Hotel was the best place I’ve stayed in for this 2 week holiday (out of 6 hotels/B&Bs). There wasn’t any particular staff member that stood out because all were consistent in providing good service, from check in, housekeeping, front desk, in room dining & Kitchen@Holmes.
I would like to commend the hotel on the WhatsApp feature that made any potential difficulties/issues I had resolved in a speedy manner. There were 2 nights that I tried multiple times to call the...
