"The room was good for what we used it for. I was not a fan of the bathroom set up. I was no privacy to the rest of the bathroom, or the suite. Believe the price should have been more affordable. "

"Staff was great and accommodations were very nice! There were pretty long lines for dinner a couple of nights, but the bar by the beach and lobby bar were good spots to wait. The resort was packed, so chairs were tough to find if not out early enough. Beach is nice and long, but most of the water is pretty rocky. Overall an amazing trip!"

"I booked the resort for 5 days. Once I arrived I decided to upgrade to the Privileges package. I was assigned to Claudia. She went above and beyond with helping me book restaurants and also helped my get a cable for my computer I left at home. She was an outstanding help during my stay. The food was excellent, ala carte restaurants were perfect. Tapanyaki, Brazilian BBQ and the Privilages restaurant. All food and services were on par for a 5 star resort. I would recomend this resort to anyone wanting to visit Puerto Morales. It was also a $6 USD Uber downtown to see a little more of the sights. "

His level of care, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality went far beyond anything we’ve ever experienced. He anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them and was always one step ahead. From securing many dinner reservations with ease to completely making up for a disappointing restaurant experience by arranging a complimentary Bali bed the very next day, Victor handled everything flawlessly. On top of that, he surprised us with a bottle of wine and a beautiful cheese platter waiting in our room—an incredibly thoughtful gesture. He was in constant communication and would greet us in person throughout our stay which made us feel like true VIP guests.
