"The hotel offers a beautiful and relaxing environment with friendly and attentive staff. The buffet had a great variety of dishes to suit every taste, and the Japanese restaurant with its live show was a memorable experience. The coffee shop was a perfect spot to unwind. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the reception team made check-in smooth and welcoming. What I disliked: We arrived right in the middle of summer when there were lots of algae on the beach, so we didn’t swim in the ocean. This wasn’t really the hotel’s fault — they did their best to clean it up, even running a tractor every day, but nature had other plans. Luckily, the pools were great, so we still enjoyed plenty of swimming time."

"We enjoyed our stay in the Indigo Preferred section of the property. We especially enjoyed the Indigo Preferred rooftop pool. We did not like the Preferred level pool as much as it was back off the beach and there was no breeze. Food overall was very good and we never had to wait long for a table. The Preferred Lounge area was a great place to go for bites to eat from morning to night and had a nice bar. We would definitely visit this resort again."
