There was some cracks on the sink. Not an issue for us. Hotel was quite a distance from Domestic side of Soekarno airport. It is nearer to International side. I like this hotel. It was clean. Water from the shower goes hot and cold. Even after temperature was set as lukewarm, it still changes between hot and cold. Going to PIK from the hotel takes only 30 mins which is rare for Jkt.

Not all staff were helpful in getting us a grab or GoCar and pushed Bluebird which does not offer fixed price and has a bad reputation. Why push it when we specifically ask for other rides. They need to listen to the guests.

We have a 2 nights stay in Grand Hyatt Jakarta. Its a very pleasant stay as the hotel is surrounded by amenities. However, we were woken up by loud music played for the closure of the stretch of road for cyclists and people to take morning exercise around the hotel though we stayed on the 12th floor.
