"Staffs were great and were multilingual. Great courtesy provided throughout. Could do with more on deck staffing as breakfast can be very crowded. Hats off to the staff for always being so kind and courteous. Overall stay was comfortable. Lift availability can alter sides but this is not an issue."

"There is very little soundproofing at this hotel. You can hear the noise from the room next door and also from the hallway. If you want peace and quiet, this hotel is not ideal. Also, cleanliness could be better, there was hair everywhere in the room and they only provide 2 body towels, no hand or face towels. Lastly, the elevators are very slow. There are only 3 elevators for 39 floors, you will have to wait at least 5 minutes each time you want to use it. Only positive is that wifi worked well...

"The staff are very helpful and generous! The room door are so noisy when you open or close, so you can here other people going in and out. This hotel is very clean, a bit old but is closed to CGK Airport. The surrounding area is terrible, everything is a slum and very dirty "
