Kobe Bay Sheraton is conveniently located next to the train station. The hotel staff can speak good English and are very helpful. The room is very spacious and the bed is very comforty. There is a big supermarket nearby which sells very good fried food. Shuttle bus to sannomiya, shopping city and Osaka Universak studio.

I like the wide lobby that has plenty of seats for guests. There is a familymart in the hotel to get supper bites and personal care items that you may need. And not forgeting the generously discounted car park rate 1000yen per night.

Super convenient location.

Clean and huge room. Do note that there is a shower cubicle in the toilet (aside from the bathtub), which was great as we were initially worried the elderly would need to climb in to take a shower. Breakfast was however not fantastic and not worth the money.

Nice staff nice room. But dryer amount is good to increase at least double of current quantity

Newer hotel than those around. Very convenient to walk for food at the links. Shopping is great.

The hotel offered a clean room, great dining options in the area and a convenient location made getting around easy.

Conveniently located beside the station and malls with many food and shopping options. It makes the ended a day spent in the theme park very manageable in terms of not having to travel far out for food. It also makes waking up easy as we do not have to wake up extra early to travel to usj.

Convenient location which is a stone throw away from Shinsaibashi shopping streets. 50 minutes from Kansai airport by taxi. Extremely clean and new room. Excellent housekeeping service.

The room was spotless. The blind was a blackout blind, which meant that we could sleep in. The amenities provided were excellent as well; moisturising cream etc... It was also conveniently located from the subway exit. Will definitely be back the next time we are in Osaka.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, very convenient and close to shopping, restaurants, and transport. The room was not very big (just enough for a couple with 2 big luggages) but very comfortable, clean, and my spouse and I could relax properly. What stood out most was the excellent service from the hotel staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. They served very good breakfast too. Overall, a very enjoyable experience...

The hotel is located in a very accessible area. Dotonbori is walkable…15-20mins. On your way, you will see a lot of restaurants as well. The lobby is nicely decorated and the staff are all helpful and attentive of our needs.

Love this hotel and it’s our 2nd time staying here. Great location right in the middle of dontonburi and shinsaibashi. Hotel basement leads directly to subway Rooms are big, clean and comfortable Big buffet spread and there’s new food items daily

The bed is super huge and comfortable The place us super clean Laundry so convenient and easy to use the washer and dryer with English instructions Breakfast varieties can include some Japanese dish will be good Overall I am super satisfied and location is so convenient

The best hotel I have ever stayed in Osaka and great value for the price. Within walking distance from Shin-Ōsaka Station in a nice, quiet neighbourhood which is a good respite every night after all the hustle and bustle of Namba and Umeda. Rooms were immaculate and there are complimentary amenities and drinks daily. Excellent breakfast. Special mention to the public bath and sauna on the 3/F.
