"Everything was great in the room, except for the lack of light in the bathroom and the steps that were scary at first sight. Daily cleaning, clean bed linen and towels every day."

"Outstanding service and attention to detail from the staff. All staff including the breakfast employees were extremely patient and helpful. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and received a nice bottle of Prosecco on ice with a happy birthday balloon. She loved it! I have two minor things I’m nitpicking. 1.) I would appreciate a smart TV with modern streaming apps. 2.) The shower set up was a bit odd. The tub had a half glass door that leaked water during showers. Not a deal breaker for us and overall happy with our stay here, will definitely come back. "

"Lovely hotel right on the canal that gives you the perfect ultimate Venice experience. Rooms are somewhat basic but neat and tidy with amenities. The front desk was very accommodating and helpful and helped organize some fun tours for us during our stay"

"WE LOVED ANS ENJOYED OUR STAY SO MUCH AT DIANA HOTEL. I am traveling with my grandma that is in a wheelchair and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious enough for a wheelchair and the bathroom was very accessible (no steps or bumps) for elderly people. The food at the restaurant was decent and overall we loved the decoration and how comfortable they made us feel. We will definitely be coming back at this hotel. 100% recommend if you plan to stay in Venice. "
