Comfotable and close to attractions
Amazing place to stay! Nice unlimited breakfast! Overall the place is clean. They even seperate garbages. 5mins Walking distance to myeondong market and myeondong subway station. Halal food restaurant called kampungku just next row. Where we can perform our prayers without dining in. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. We arrived midnight and they prepared they keys earlier which is so convinient to check in. The hotel is located uphil therefore its quite difficult to find the location when we arrived by cab.

Clean and Simple... Nice and helpful staff (Ace) Walking distance to Myeong Dong Shopping! I had an individual room with private bathroom, Nothing special but I'd stay there again.

Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful 6-day stay in this hotel. The room was just the right size for us, Seoul Tower and Namsam cable are walking distance and nearest train station is only 5-minute walk. The owner Lee, has been very helpful with all our questions and requests. I would highly recommend this for budget travellers.

Friendly staff
Staff very friendly and helpful. Very near to Namsan Tower and Subway exit. Room is small but comfort. but have to walk uphill to reach the hotel, its quite tiring after long day.

5 min from myeongdong, helpful host
The location is 5 minutes away from Myeongdong. The host is able to converse in English, a deal breaker for many who are unable to understand korean, he is really sincere, prompt and helpful in handling any queries that we have. He even shared with us his personal experience in booking KTX, otherwise we would have issues travelling to Busan the next day. The room has all basic facilities that we require. There are even washing machines available, so you need not worry about bringing extra sets of clothes. If you are looking for simple accommodation at Myeongdong area, we highly recommend this hotel.

The room we stay is too small for two persons sharing, noisy in the early morning as vans deliver goods to few stores nearby like GS25,7-11 etc

Room is too small
The room is really small. No space in placing two normal size baggages. Wi-Fi is very fast and stable. The receptionist is very nice, fluent English speaking... Very close to mrt station, 5 min walking distance.

Small space, tiny bath.
Room was really small, walls paper thin. There wasn't any space to move around, just a bunk bed and a tiny washroom where you shower over the toilet bowl. There wasn't anyone around to check in, and you have to call the number hung there in front of the door and it will take a while before someone answers it or comes out. When you need enquiry, no one is there as well and you have to call and hope someone picks up soon.

Overall the stay was good and the manager and staff are very nice towards us . The staff have us directions on how to go to the namsan tower which was just walking distance from the guesthouse . The room is clean and nice .

Just right for the price
The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful, the hotel was easy to find and close to the subway station. The room could have been a little cleaner but otherwise I would say we were pretty satisfied with our stay.

Budget but comfortable guesthouse
Really enjoyable and pleasant stay in this guesthouse, simple but yet equip with all the necessaries. Really loved the daily juice provided and the really comfortable basement lounge for takeaway food kitchen utilities. Really helpful and friendly staff whom would help without showing any unpleasant facial expression. For those utilizing the public fridge at the lounge area, small reminder: LABEL YOUR BELONGING!!! As it might 'disappeared' (had my strawberries gone the next day!)

great location, nice host
walk uphill to the guesthouse, the staff were friendly and speak good english. Very close to myeongdong and namsan tower. They provide washing machine too, how great. Room was rather small, but very clean. Definitely will be back :)

Nice & Convenience
It is very close to Myeong dong station and Namsan. The facilities in the guesthouse are much better than my expectations. The staff is very nice. Since the cost is cheap, it is worth staying. I think I would choose this guesthouse if I plan to Myeong dong next time. However, it may be a bit inconvenient for someone who carries large luggage.

Good Value at Convenient Location
This is my first time in Seoul and I need the accommodation which is of reasonable price. The room I stayed in (standard single) is not a big one but is in good condition and clean. Location is very accessible with different tourist spots close by and is only about 5-minute walk to metro station. The staff are all very friendly and speak good English.

Very good staffs!
I went to korea with lots of baggages but all staffs very helpful especially the manager,Jason. He's so kind, friendly and funny! When I was sick that I feel so bad so I decided to tell at reception and found him. He helped me walk from guesthouse to go to Clinic! He took me to doctor and also be a translator. I was very appreciated! Although the day I check-out, it was raining! He helped me drag the baggages to the airport shuttle bus stop where quite far from the guesthouse. So that all I was delighted and appreciated. Thanks a lots for warm welcome!

明洞駅から近くとてもわかりやすい場所。 設備は古く、配水管からシャワーを使うたび水漏れがしていたことが気になりました。 屋上からの眺めは抜群。ここでの夕焼けは綺麗でした。

ツイン二段ベッドで予約したのに、ダブルベッドにされた。フロントは英語で、ツインで予約したと言ったけどダブルルームと言われた。最初からダブルとわかっていたら、ここを予約しなかった。 朝食時、コーヒーマシーンが動かず飲めなかった。

駅から近いが夜道は暗い

我住的是兩張單人床房，廁所真的非常小，然後蓮蓬頭是銜接水龍頭，不喜歡的人請注意唷，但水還是夠力，清潔度的部分就是每天要把垃圾放在房外，但整天房間太潮濕吧有一種小飛行物，飯店位置真的是絕佳的一路上就有三家便利商店。

明洞までも徒歩数分でとても便利でした。オーナーの方も優しく、丁寧に接してくれ、感激しました。しかし、ひとつ残念だったのは、部屋の清潔感です。虫がベッドの上を歩き回ってたり、水回りの掃除があまりされてないように感じました。そこさえ改善してくだされば文句なしです！

The room is too small and not so clean
The room is really small and not clean enough. It is discover that some clients haven't follow the rules of the hostel. They wear their own shoes inside the room instead of slippers of hostel. Therefore, the floor is really dirty. The water temperature of bathroom is not stable. Some clients occupy the common area till the end of breakfast time to have 3-4 egg sandwiches for a person! Therefore, I don't have space to make just a cup of coffee. For the similar price level, I think low-price hotel is a better choice.

在明洞，离地铁站很近，出行很方便，在明洞价格算很公道了，因为我们住的是双层床，下面一动就响，非常影响上睡觉，另外隔音比较差，也不会每天清洁，但总体来说还行，房东也比较好，最主要出入方便

อุปกรณ์อาบน้ำ เช่น แชมพู ครีมอาบน้ำ ครีมนวด ใกล้จะหมดขวดแล้ว แต่ไม่มีการเติมให้พร้อมก่อนเช็คอิน แมลงหวี่ในค่อนข้างเยอะ ถ้ารับได้ก็โอเค มีเครื่องซักผ้า และราวตากผ้าด้านนอก สะดวกสบายในการเดินทาง ใกล้รถไฟฟ้า และ จุดตอดรถบัสที่ไปสนามบิน ถ้ารักษาความสะอาดได้ดีกว่านี้ จะเป็นที่ที่เพอเฟคมาก

The staff was nice but it was a bit confusing because there are a few guesthouses with similar names. Location is good. Room is clean and neat.

ใกล้เมียงดง นัมซาน
ออกจากสถานีรถไฟเมียงดง ทางออก 3 เดินผ่าน seven eleven และร้าน G25 มา 500 m. รร.อยู่ซ้ายมือ ห้องกระทัดรัดไม่ใหญ่มาก แต่สะอาด น่ารัก ข้อเสียคือ ห้องอาบน้ำเป็นกระจกขุ่น ถ้าไม่สนิทกัน อาจไม่โอเค แต่สามารถแก้ปัญหาได้ด้วยการการเอาหมอนบังไว้ เจ้าของน่ารักพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ มีลิฟท์และ wifi ที่ไวมาก สามารถเดินไปเที่ยว N tower (เดินประมาน 10 นาที) ถึงกระเช้า

立地は最高に良かったです
立地は本当に良かったです。泊まるだけなら良い所です。前もってある程度調べてたので期待はしてませんでしたが、予想以上に部屋が狭くてスーツケースも広げる事が出来ませんでした。４日間で小さなタオルが１枚だけ。バスマットの交換はなく、ポットはあるがコップはない。部屋は私が使用する前から掃除された形跡はなく、滞在２日目にあまりにも汚いので掃除はいつしてくれるのか聞きに行ったら２人のスタッフが声を揃えて「ＮＯ」と言って来た。なぜかと聞いたら「部屋が狭いから」との事。確かにおっしゃる通りだが…。シャワーは洋式トイレの上にかかっていて使用するとトイレがびしょ濡れ。それだけならまだしも、シャワーを使用しようとしたら最初は勢い良く出ていたのに途中からシャワーの穴の３つぐらいの穴からしか湯が出て来なくて、だんだん寒くなって来るしシャンプーは流せないし本当に困りました。テレビは数分見たら切れてしまうし、エアコンはあるけどリモコンはないし、冷蔵庫はあるけど全く冷えないから冷蔵庫の意味がなく、逆に窓際がとても寒くてそこに水などの飲み物を置いてる方が冷蔵庫よりよっぽど冷えてました。スタッフとは英語でしか会話が出来ません。無愛想ではないが愛想良くもない。今回は６人での旅行でしたが私以外の５名はパシフィックに泊まってました。ですのでこのゲストハウスを選びました。場所は本当に良かったです。あと、中国人にエレベーターを占領され、とても不愉快でした。
