Everything was wonderful. From the staff to the cleanliness and aviation themed interior design of the room, everything was amazing. I will say that the entrance to the gym is through a different lift which was a little confusing. The leg extension machine was also faulty for a new hotel but other than that, everything was seamless and relaxing

Easy access, hassle free check in n check out, staff all are friendly and the place was convenient.

This is my second stay within 3 months. The staff very friendly, especially the Malay Girl at reception. Many restaurants near by, 15mins drive to IKEA

Very easy and fast check in & friendly staff

Room was very spacious. There were some stains on the kitchen island, bed quilt and toilet bowl. Body shower was depleted. Breakfast was delicious but spread was just ok. Overall still a good hotel. Might stay again due to location.

Very well kept and clean room, good breakfast, carpark value for money

We arrived early and knew check in was at 3pm but we were willing to wait. The female front desk staff told us that she can only register us as guests but for room availability, we had to check again at 2pm. However after waiting for about 40 minutes, a male front desk staff name Dennis came to me and informed me that they manage to get 1 room ready for us. Dennis was the epitome of professionalism. He was polite, professional and kind. He even brought the other room key card to us in our room....

Our first time booked a children themed stay and it is wonderful! The room is so clean and well maintained. Check in process is smooth and we love to back again!

First we have dim sum for breakfast around 10 am. At 12 pm, we proceed for a 2 hour massage. Thereafter we checked in at the hotel at 3 pm. Evening we grab to 777 Pasar Malan Jalan tun aminah. After Pasar malam, we head back to food stalls next to hotel for satay. We had a wonderful time.

Great place to stay with family. Very convienience.
