Privacy Problem with "Semi-Open" Toilet Room
The reason I am giving such an average rating is because the glass door of the toilet room door does not completely enclose the toilet room. In fact, it leaves a big gap between the ceiling of the toilet room and the top of the door. That means there is no privacy at all. You can hear everything that's going on in the toilet room...and we have a room with two beds. The shower room has the same door but privacy is not as bad a problem as the toilet room.

wonderful experience
The hotel is new and the room is very very nice, big and clean. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They can also speak English. I would like to especially thank Ms. Tina and her team who goes all the way in preparing a surprise for us for our anniversary. ( We have petals of flowers in I LOVE U lettering in our bed, fruits and chocolates on the table and a very special gift from JW Marriott).But the most heart warming thing is that they even go to the extent of writing us a letter greeting and wishing the best for us in the following years to come.Thank you very much, we will never forget this wonderful experience with YOU!

A beautiful hotel, very comfortable. Unfortunately the in room amenities are limited and quality of bathroom supplies not great for a hotel at this level. Also, if you're a Marriott Bonvoy member, do not book through Hotels.com - you don't get a y points for Marriott Bonvoy staying at Marriott through this app

Really beautiful new hotel. Only opened in about July of 2019. Location is perfect for Pudong to be close to the river, running paths for miles, not as touristy of an area as the Puxi side. Hotel had great amenities and staff was superb.

當初猶豫究竟要不要選擇這個酒店, 因為感覺位置比較遠離市中心; 後來考慮到房間比較大，因為我們兩大兩小，所以最後也決定住; 去到酒店覺得走廊房間嘅設計都非常漂亮 and 新；酒店早餐非常之豐富，種類非常多，最喜歡係鮮榨橙汁；因為我們包車，發現去購物區都係大概15至20分鐘車程，所以地點尚算方便！

상하이에 머문다면 강추합니다
오픈한지 얼마안되어 매우 깨끗하고 쾌적한 시설과 친절한 직원들의 서비스가 좋았습니다. 침구류도 아주 뽀송뽀송했고, 특히 매트리스가 너무 딱딱하지도 푹신하지도 않게 딱 좋았습니다. 수영장과 넓은 자쿠지로 하루의 피로를 풀기에 참 좋았고, 호텔방에서 내려다 보이는 황푸강변의 반짝이는 건물들의 야경이 마음을 편안하게 해주었습니다. 지하철역은 도보로 가기엔 (15~20분거리) 다소 거리가 있어 늘 택시를 타고 다녀야했지만 호텔로비에 부탁하면 택시를 바로 불러주었기에 큰 불편함없이 잘 이용했습니다.
