Hotel is really nice- good size room, clean and overlooking Century Park. It has direct access via the mall to Metro Line 7. Many eateries and shops at the mall.
Another great stay at the Kerry. Hotel and area around it are great and would recommend staying if attending a fair. Def stay again

I know the hotel since the first day when its opened. I stayed during the soft openning period and since then, each time the service was great and I came back each time I am in Shanghai even when my meetings were in Puci I stayed at the Kerry hotel in Pudong. unfortunately, now the service is very very weak with unprofessionnal workers and services. each time I had to call several times and even go downstairs to ask again. also the personnal in the restaurant are NOT professionnal. this is very bad for the hotel image .

Nice property with easy access to MTR and the airport
There's a mall with plenty of food and shopping connected to the property and the room was very spacious with well equipped desk and bar area.
A bit disappointed that I did not get lounge access upon check in as I wasn't given a room on the executive floors; seems the room description upon booking was a bit confusing and was only subject to availability
however staff were friendly and helpful and overall a pleasant stay

My son absolutely loved playing in the Kid Zone in the 4th floor. I was very pleased with the quality of service (something very hard to come by in China). Overall it was a lovely stay. The only thing keeping me from giving a perfect score was that the room felt a bit dated. There were no outlets on the night stands to plug in electronics for example, and while there was a nice “office” desk space they didn’t have USB connections for charging. I imagine this hotel was built before the ubiquity of smartphones

Flight cancelled and rescheduled to the next day due to airplane technical issue. Contacted Expedia right away at the airport. The hotel refused to refund. And hotel refused to give us credit for the next day stay. What a terrible experience.
The location was great! I did not like that I paid for a late check-out but they called me to asked me why I had not checked out and they came to clean the Room while I was out! I expected that they knew about the late check out but there appeared to be a lack of communication.

I understand that it can be overbooked during conferences and very busy. But we booked more than 10,000 worth of rooms and they moved around us. I booked many rooms for my colleagues and they offered bigger rooms if 2 people stay together but they have to move during weekends. 2 of my colleagues accepted and stayed there for 3 nights. They said they need to move on Friday and they confirmed by phone again and they packed in the morning and waited but they didn't move the luggage nor the room. When they asked again they said it will be Saturday but without saying sorry or their mistake. They said they will upgrade the room but they didn't do it. We can speak Chinese and English perfectly and confirmed a few times so I don't think that was a miscommunication. We asked for an explanation and apology but we haven't got any. I go there every year for conferences but the room condition and service is getting worse. Amenities replaced to a cheaper version too.
Kerry Hotel was great. Nice location. The only issue I had was that the staff was not familiar with the shuttle service to Disney and to the MagLev. I actually almost gave up on the shuttle, until I saw it sitting out front!! Ask the concierge or the bell hops out front, the front desk staff for some reason does not know about this. Nice location, attached to a mall. There is a large park on the opposite order of the intersection (they charge a fee for entry), but I went for a jog around the outside of the park (free). Very nice!
We were advised on your booking that the Executive Club was available to myself and my colleague. I spoke to the manager, who would not budge.
This was not the case and we were asked for a charge of US$68.00 per person per night... I was most disappointed re this issue.

Negatives ; Check in took over 15 mins even though there was no queue , breakfast items not cleared, had to ask , my room key was not working & took a long time to sort.

Annoyed with myself. I was told that my room rate was exclusive of breakfast. Reception staff tempted me to pay upcharge to executive room, and that I would be able to enjoy happy hour, and club lounger benefits. This was 6.45pm. By the time I reached the lounge at 7.00pm, it was over. Really shocking that a brand like Shangri-La can do this. Tainted everything, and ruined my stay. Nedless to stay, I won’t go back.
The room was spacious and clean. I like the convenience and accessibility as well since it was easy to get and fro the airport.
There's also a connecting mall with more food choices.
I had a good stay here.

There ate too many thongs I like during stsy. The best is thst very close to exhibotiom center. I could go easy to there. And meet many custpmers.

Booked and paid for deluxe room with two double beds as a birthday gift for my son and his 6 year old daughter. On arrival we were told the only rooms they had were twin single beds. We tried purchasing an upgrade or change of room but all they would offer was a room with one king bed.
Hotels.com (with whom we made the booking) were extremely helpful in trying to resolve the situation and even offered rooms at other nearby hotels. That was generous however we chose Kerry Hotel because of children facilities and the pool. Overall, the hotel was great but just disappointing when you arrive to find you aren’t getting what you expected and paid for.

Nice hotel. very good staff. very good environment. however very little choice for vegetarians or Vegan food. Poor concierge services. lots of staff doesnt understand english completly.
