"Got upgraded to a suite which was excellent! Lovely hotel deco, nice room. Didn’t try the breakfast or spa, but gym and pool area was nice. Pool is best for the morning to get some sun. "

"Rooms are nice and large. Staff were poorly trained but very polite. Service was very slow (15 minute gap between first and last served meal). Lots of kids which is fine if you have them - less so if adult only travel. Breakfast was mediocre quality and crowded. Pool area has limited shaded options. Not a 5 star experience. "

"We stayed here for three nights while visiting Georgetown. Nice room that was very clean. Location was walkable to many things and also a quick Grab ride to anything. Only thing we didn’t know was no restaurant attached so we couldn’t order room service and no coffee! They did have tea available in the room. Filtered water dispenser on the floor. We would stay again."

"Its location is wonderful but encountered problems with low water pressure in the shower. At times, water pressure was so low that it was impossible to take a shower and had to wait for them to rectify"
