Really clean and reasonable rooms for the price of stay! If you are looking for night life and entertainment then this is the place to go, be aware noise and thumping from the nearby clubs, bars and restaurants is there until 2/3am everyday! The hosts where really great with our concerns and helps us come to an agreement! Great team and staff

Place is very well situated with great eateries nearby. Boat Quay vibe is great as well. Excellent service and response from Mary and Ryan. Mary is a star - gets things sorted very efficiently. Will certainly return when im in singapore again. Excellent value for money. Well done!

The facility managers and staff at Heritage Collection was a highlight of the stay. Great communication and helpful. The location was convenient to Clark Quay, Raffles Place and City Hall as well. However, the space was narrower than expected, although quite self-sufficient. The wifi unfortunately didn’t work the week that I stayed even after help from the staff. It was very spotty and couldn’t sustain a video call. My 4G data also was spotty in the building, perhaps there is some interference. Also, the windows are not sealed well and the walls are thin, so I could hear people opening and closing downs, and being intimate or having conversations at odd times of the night. I enjoyed the location and service from the team, and it was nice to have cooking facilities in the room.

It’s definitely worth more than the price. Everything that may be needed was there (from electric stove to laundry machines). The shower was excellent with a huge amount of water and a temperature that can be tuned up to very high. The room initially had a bit of smell but it went away quickly. There was very occasionally a bit of noise problem, but none lasted more than a few minutes. The service people, Jarwin and Clarence, were very friendly and helpful as well. In my years of travel I have not seen a better hotel than this at anywhere near the price level. I have also stayed at the Heritage Collection on Clarke Quay, which appeared newer but has smaller rooms and doesn’t have laundry as this one.

It's a nice hotel suitable for short term stay working at CBD. 15 mins walk to raffles place as well as chinatown. The staff, Jarwin, is friendly and helpful. I would recommend to stay since it's quite handy with refrigerator, washing machine and even drying machine at the common area.

I stayed about 4 weeks and it’s a nice and convenient place. Many restaurants and bars around. Sometimes is crowded and musics in the night but the staffs (especially Jarwin and Nuri) are very friendly and helpful. Thank you!!

Its worth the price! Its in a very good location - right in the middle of the city. Commuting is easy as well with the Clarke Quay MRT located 5 mins away. Check-in was ok, but you have to wait at the property if you arrive before your scheduled time. There is a certain smell when you enter the building that persists permanently, but you gradually get used to it. Housekeeping is done only once a week - which is fine for a serviced apartment, however the towels are not changed - one needs to wash their own towels in the communal laundry provided within the apartment building. Jarwin was the person who greeted me in and he was easy-going to talk to and communicable by phone thereafter. The apartment itself was like any other hotel room - in good order and neat and clean. Will stay again if I am in Singapore.

The property was decent. Jarwin, in particular, was very organized and made sure my stay was pleasant. He was on top of his game with communications and easy to talk to. The location is great and in the middle of everything. I recommend this property for a stay on budget and value for money.

My wife and I had an excellent stay at Heritage @ Clarke Quay. The location was ideal for checking out Singapore. Our host Jarwin was incredibly helpful, too. He recommended places to see in the local area and was always available if we had any questions. He even looked after our luggage after we checked out, since our flight was a late one. Couldn't be happy with the place and the service we received. Highly recommended. Thanks Jarwin and rest of the Heritage team.

Great property, in a great location, with great amenities. The check in was excellent, Jarwin communicated with me to arrange a convenient time and kept in communication throughout the visit to check there were no issues. The washer and dryer were a huge help given I was staying for an extended period of time on business (saved the usual expensive hotel laundry charges).

The hotel is perfectly located for access to the CBD, and wonderful for local food options. The staff and room quality keep me coming back each time I am in Singapore. Jarwin is especially communicative and helpful--he always makes himself available to help and ensures a relaxing and pleasant stay. Attention to detail and spotlessly clean rooms make this surprisingly quiet hotel well worth the money. Access to laundry facilities in the building is a bonus, as well. I always search this hotel first when visiting Singapore!

I had a great stay at "Heritage@ Clarke Quay (80 Boat Quay) and was impressed with the friendy staff of which made the stay very enjoyable, (thank you Jarwin). Other than being located on the river, I was rapt that it was only a short walk to restaurants, bars and shops.

Great Location
Just arrived back in UK after staying here 10 nights, perfect location, 5 minute walk to Clarke Quay MRT, 10 minute walk to Marina Bay, bars and restaurants just outside the door!, Jarwin and Cherry made us feel so welcome from the minute we arrived, they could not do enough for us and were always on hand should we need anything. The room was cosy, clean and faultless, we will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone

The apartment is incredibly clean, well furnished and confortable. I’ve stayed in 6 other locations in Singapore and it’s definitely the best experience so far. Above that, Jarwin and Cherry were amaizing hosts. Incredibly helpful, efficient and very kind. Through their kindness and availability they managed to make an already pleasant experience even more cozy. I felt very well attended.

Fantastic location and great facilities!
I booked this hotel for myself and two colleagues for a work trip. There were so many great things about the apartments. First of all.... It was the most perfect location to really experience Singapore! We were right in the heart of Boat Quay which by itself is soo great for afternoon drinks and dinner options - anything you like!.... but better still it was less than 500m to Clarke Quay (more resturants and train station to Little India), Raffles place (one station away from Marina Bay and Gardens by the Bay) and City Hall (one stop to Bugis station and my favourite place on earth - Haji Lane!) The apartments were really clean and had everything you need for a great week. Good kitchen facilities if you want to stay in, good bathroom and washing machines if you need them mid-stay! The apartments were a perfect size for one or two people! Jarwin and Cherry were really fantastic hosts! They made sure that we could always get in touch for whatever we needed were always quick to respond with any questions or suggestions for Singapore. The one thing that is worth mentioning is that, because you are smack bang in the middle of Boat Quay, it can get a little noisy most nights. It wasn't a big deal for me because I sleep with earplugs, but it could be for others. However this is what you get when you are smack bang in the middle of all the action, which is really a plus for a great trip to Singapore! Thanks again for a great stay - loved it!

Avoid this apartment chain
The stay at Heritage apartment is very very disappointing. The apartment we checked in is at 80 South Bridge Rd. Apart from the tiny size, the apartment smells very musty. The smell was awful which explains why there are air fresheners everywhere in the building and in the room. With the aircon on, the smell got even worse. We tried to open the window for some relief, the smell from the restaurants downstairs was bad too. The staff tried to tell us that it was us and not them. After one night, we requested to change room. They refused a pro-rated refund and said we had to pay S$50 in order to change to another room. After some back and forth hackling, they moved us to another Heritage apartment just up the road, and I had paid S$50 for the inconvenience. The apartment has the same layout and of the same size, but quite new compared to the other one. Even with this apartment, there was some musty smell but bearable. Overall, I made a mistake to book this apartment for a week and the reviews on hotel.com are quite inaccurate. I strongly advise people to avoid this apartment chain. You can get a lot better apartments at similar prices.

Fabulous hotel!!!
I stayed at the Heritage and I had one of the best hotel stay experiences so far. Every facility is beautifully arranged in a small room; yet it feels spacious. The room was very clean, laundry facility was very good. Location is the best...right on Boat Quay! There are all sorts of food options right within 20 meters....exotic food to economical local flavours... There are dance clubs, spas....everything. The best part of this hotel is the people who manage it. Mary helped me to express check-in and it was super smooth! Cherry and Cher both have managed the property really well and thoughtfully. All through my stay all these people were always available for help without any complain. The place is very safe too. I very strongly recommend this hotel.

8 days at Columbia Suites Boon Tat
We stayed at Columbia Suites (run by Heritage) on Boon Tat Street. Excellent value and location, comfortable 1-bedroom apartment. Close proximity to MRT and busses, walking distance to a number of excellent cafes, restaurants, and hawker stalls. 5-star service. Mary (from Heritage) was waiting for us in front of the building upon arrival and was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout - from when we booked to when we reached out to her after landing at Changi through check-out. Wifi was good enough for both my wife and I to work on. Important to note, the building we stayed in was quite small - a walk up with private key-card access. So if you're looking for a full fledged hotel with pool, reception, etc. look elsewhere. But if a great apartment in a perfect location is what you're looking for, this is it. Incredible value.

If you are looking for a place that is in the heart of Singapore that gives you a little more than a hotel room without the daily interruption of cleaning, this is worth your consideration. Jenna was very helpful with a thorough check in explanation and provided a personal touch with a gift of sweets midstay. Laundry machines are free to use and there are enough basic kitchen supplies to make a few meals on your own if you are budget conscious. One block walk from Clarke Quay exit E. Surprisingly quiet for being right on the river.

Business Week in Singapore
This is my go to hotel in Singapore when I go there for business. It is a boutique right in the middle of SIngapore, close to the financial district. The room are very, very comfortable, modern, clean, and well equiped. The staff are always available to make my stay there as pleasant and problem free as possible. In particular Cherry, who I always deal with during my stay, is professional, curteous, and has alway dealt with my requests and any issues in a prompt and friendly manner.

Very nice, issue with Clarke Quay room so management emailed me right away to ask if I wanted upgrade to Tanjong Pagar. I really liked the area, and the studio was nice, felt like I lived there for a week. Service good as well.

Great for a short business stay
I had a great stay at Heritage. Although the staff is not always located on site, Wilson met me to check in on my first day and was regularly available or just happened to stop by the property to check on everything. The location is hard to beat and the free laundry facilities make a huge difference when staying for more than a few days. In a perfect world, the room would be a bit bigger, but this is Singapore of course and the neighborhoood and shophouse vibe have plenty of charm to make up for the size of the room.

Great location along the river
The location was awesome with the window overlooking the river. It's just a short walk from Clarke Quay. There are a ton of food places and shops nearby. Cherry met up with me to check in since my flight didn't come in until late. She was very friendly and explained everything about the room to me. There was free wifi and washer/dryers which was helpful.

Great value but your room may be noisy
This is a really convenient location if you are a business traveler and are working in downtown. It's at Clarke Quay and in your immediate vicinity there are probably more than 30 restaurants and a convenience store (7-11) about 10 meters away. I also had a room at a great price which made it incredible value and just 15 minutes walk to work every morning. The problem was I had a one week stay where I was placed in a room just beside a karaoke. Checking in on a Friday, I thought it would be just a noisy weekend but to my surprise, the karaoke room on the other side of the wall was always filled with people even on weekdays (and on a Monday!), up to 330am EVERYDAY. The worst thing is that almost every day you will hear the same 5 songs or so. I had to request for another room on Tuesday, switched to a new room on Wednesday and had two nights of peace in the new room. I really care about getting good quality sleep and rest so I would be careful about coming here again; I'd make sure I was in the right room before ever coming here again.

Thank you for your great hospitality. When an issue was found, they immediately offered another room near this hotel and the hospitality by their manager DJ was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay there.
