Its no frill place. Very convenient to many walkable destinations in Chinatown areas. Very quite overral. Great service and efficient desk. Will recommend.

The room ticks all the essential basics. The hotel is a bit old, evident with the linen and towels. Good value and convenient, in the middle of Chinatown. It is a short walk to the subway, not a direct line to Orchard.

Only slight criticism is the hot water in shower runs out in 3 minutes. Otherwise good clean slick minimalist hotel located walking distance to a lot of main atttractions!

The hotel is conveniently located by the train stations and China town. Staff were courteous and respectful. The noise outside is loud but is expected since the hotel is located around restaurants. Walkable to Riverwalk and Merlion.

Was a little Run down and the deluxe double was so small it was impossible to unpack fully. Photos do this hotel justice in reality it’s fitted out on a budget. Minimalist for colts saving only.

Super convenient location! MRT station was really close by, heaps of Hawker Centres to check out around the area and loads of cultural/religious sites to explore as well. The room was quite small though and it was very easy to hear what was going on in other rooms - I think I was woken up by someone singing along to Doja Cat one morning and by a baby crying on another instance. There are very evident signs of wear and tear in the rooms but it was decently clean.

Super noisy room, no sleep at all.
The room was extremely noisy - 1) there was some machine (outdoor AC unit?) running extremely loudly during the night, 2) the AC within the room was broken and it was making some cracking sounds whole night. I didn't sleep at all. Not exactly great experience when you're on business trip and come to the hotel in the middle of the night after long flight. I will not stay again under any circumstances.

The hotel is fine and we were glad to be upgraded to a premium room 201 which is the largest at the property. Having tea and coffee making facilities were great and bottles of water in the fridge was a nice gesture. The hotel is less than 5 min walk from a metro station and has lots of restaurants, a few bars and a 7 eleven. It’s located a mile from Marina bay and you could walk. The major minus is the noise. The hotels windows are single glazed, the rubbish is emptied in the middle of each morning and it takes a good few minutes for the noise to stop, noise from the restaurants below is also a difficulty.

The hotel staff were accomodating. The area is very close restaurants and store for "pasalubong" that is very inexpensive. I like the location of the hotel overall.

Very near Chinatown central. Getting to the business district is easy too. But the hotel is very small for three. The door knob of the toilet door of our room is faulty, resulting in us bathing without fully locking the bathroom.

As others have commented, in real life it doesn’t match the pictures. Overall it looks tired and needs a fresh coat of paint. I slept well, the room was quiet and dark, although you do hear others coming and going, but that wasn’t a problem as I was at the far end and therefore only heard my neighbours when they entered their room. There is a small fridge and tea/coffee making, but no other services available. You are either stuck in room, or have to go to other premises to sit, relax or eat. Would I stay again? Probably not, as I like to have breakfast and decent coffee first thing, without going out.

Great location, hotel is slightly older property but clean and relatively comfortable for the price range. No big issues - hot water ran out a bit fast, but it is common in some older housing areas and storage hot water systems. Cleanliness is average, only note was that the glass cups in bathroom were not clean upon arrival. It was also just a little unfortunate that the mini fridge smelt of durian as previous guest/s didn't follow hotel rules about bring them back to the room.

You get what you pay for, and the price was right for a one night stay. The best thing I can say is that the linen was clean. The property itself was not in great condition but fine for a transit stay.

Triple room?
Booked a room specifically with 3 beds but got a double and a single bed instead. Apparently it's "subject to availability" which is bizarre as we've never heard that before. Not sure if this is an hotel issue or this website misadvertising rooms, but we were too tired to argue after a long flight. Felt we overpaid for this since we could've found a better priced one if we were after a double and single bed room instead of a triple bed room that we actually wanted. If I knew this was the case, I would have booked somewhere else. Service was subpar, asked to order us a taxi but they couldn't as we were a party of three so I ordered a taxi via. Grab instead. At least we got daily housekeeping though.
