"Room was abit run down, but very spacious with full kitchen. Also a short walk away from legoland. Overall recommended for families visiting legoland. "

"Communication with check in staff is very convenient via WhatsApp and prompt to respond. Instructions to collect keys and locating the designated parking spot are clear. Apartment is clean though the furnishing is spartan; will be more homely if the place is spruced up. The water heater and water pressure in the common bathroom didn’t work for us though; but the bathroom in the master bedroom worked well. Location is very convenient; almost next door to Aeon Mall."

"Staff is polite and courteous. However bedsheet is nt fully clean with some stains. Also there is something wrong with the usb charging ports next to the bed."

Dining tables and chairs in the restaurant on level 2 are like canteens in factories 4. Power switches in the room falling apart. 5. Its stated that it's a 4 star hotel. But it's infact a 1 star. Badly run down premise. 6. No security measures. Any one can just get into the rooms from lifts or stairs. Its ashame that this hotel has been left unattended. Should need a fully renovation. "
