Staff were friendly and helpful, and views from the higher floors are excellent. Overall, this is a beautifully appointed and very reasonably priced hotel that serves as an outstanding base for exploring Osaka."

"Beautiful hotel and room. The front desk staff was particularly helpful when helping me with a local phone call. They were patient and courteous. The lounge has free hot dogs and gelato 530-9. This is lovely. They also offer free waffles/pancakes, ice cream, drinks, coffee, macarons, etc., from 2-9 pm. Again, this is very very nice. The room was very large and very comfortable for Japan standards. We had a very lovely stay here. Thank you."
