The breakfast was delicious, varied, and well organized —perfect to start the day before heading to the parks. The service was outstanding: the staff was always kind, helpful, and attentive, making us feel right at home from the very first moment. Without a doubt, this is an excellent place to stay in Orlando. Highly recommended! "

"I didn’t feel well and missed a day from theme parks so this hotel stay was comfortable and clean. I love the ambience and theme of the hotel. The size of the room was decent. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and spacious. We had room service since we attended a concert and the food was great. Overpriced, but expected to pay for convenience. The staff were very kind and attentive. They had a mini fridge. Only downsides were that they didn’t have a microwave in the room. Also, their TVs need to get updated. For the nightly rate, I think they could upgrade their TVs. We stayed in a new Hilton hotel during this trip and their TV had apps. We logged into our Netflix, Disney+, etc. Since we stayed in for the day, we were at the mercy of what was playing on cable. "
