Everything was good except the towels
The hotel is excellent and we enjoyed our stay. However, the towels were smelly upon arrival. Everything else was perfect, so if they fix the laundry issue, it’s a 5-star experience.

The Hotel has Great selection for the breakfast buffet which cover from eastern to western. The front desk reception is very quick respond to our request whenever we need for their helps. The location is good as its just need about 15 minutes to Kuta Beach/Legian Street lesser than USD 2.00 by Blue Bird taxi and beside the hotel you can walk lesser than 1 minute to get to the Arabic Lounge for a Hang Out or A Luxurious & Delicious European Cake & Pasties cafe to chat over a cup of cappuccino...

We received a very warm greeting upon checking in. the hotel was located near to the main road of Canggu, and walkable distance to many places such as beach, gym, restaurants and cafes. the alley the hotel located is very quiet and cozy. while I was searching for the hotels, there were many reviews with experiencing a noisy environment at night. If you stay here, you can still enjoy the Bali vibes and come back to hotel to have a peaceful sleep.

the hotel is a little hard to find (it's in a small alleyway) but it's very near all the main sights in kuta. The location is superb, smack in the middle of everything...but despite that, the minute you step into the compound, the chaos and noise melts away.

Amazing room provided from Bandha Hotels and Resort. Everything went perfectly smooth and beyond expectations. Level of service is amazing, great features such as pool bar, Jacuzzi in bedroom. Even the hotel breakfast is surprising excellent. Strongly recommend to all others.

The staff were all excellent. All were very well trained and made the stay very pleasurable. The upkeep of the facilities were to a very high standard. The restaurants were very good. The rooms were sizable and to a good standard. Only thing i'd say is the upgrade to a partial sea view is not worth it, the standard rooms with facilities probably have nicer views. Highly recommend and will plan to go again.

Gatot, Nina and their team were lovely. 2nd time at this hotel and with all the options many new springing up in Bali every few months, we still chose to return and were not disappointed. Trans has some of the best in the hotel management industry and we really appreciate the fact that they constantly try to maintain or improve the standard. Hotel is especially great for families with kids. Ayu from the spa was fantastic, spa villa is nicely appointed. The hotel breakfast could do with...

The service was great, the staff always had a smile for us and was very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, the room was well appointed and the location of the hotel is superb. It has beach access and access to a great walkway that stretches for about 5km and makes for excellent running in the morning. Highly recommend for a family vacation!

We stayed in one of the suites. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the beach. Apart from a few minor cosmetic/wear and tear issues, it was a really comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The onsite spa/massage treatment, whilst a bit more expensive than some of the services u can get on the street was very good and much more private and serene than those road side parlours. I wouldn't bother about having dinner at the restaurant.. wasn't crazy expensive but the food was...
