"Basic room with two super single beds. Traffic jam was bad outside the highway, turning into the small road took 15min and it jamemed until late at night, can see from my room. Hotel is just opposite Giant Hypermart and Mr Diy. Location is not bad if you drive. Never explore the area as it rained at night. Given two rooms side by side. One room has a window handle broken, so cannot close tightly and traffic noise was terrible. The Aircon looked old but working well. No bathtubs, only basic...

"The location is great and the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is wonderful. The view from the balcony is great. Unfortunately the pipe in the kitchen sink is broke and the towel hanger in the common bathroom was about to fall off. Toilet paper was not in the toilet, but on the dining table. The AC was good, but the remotes for the fans did not work. The sliding door to the balcony could not be locked and many bedroom windows could not be locked as the handles were broke. "The staff at the reception counter was friendly, room was big, spacious and generally clean. The Borneo Oasis located in the building had v good massage and head spa treatments too! The downsides were that: 1) there was a cockroach in the room, 2) the pillows were a little too soft, 3) the bathroom lights were a little dim and 4) the hot water dispenser didn’t seem to be working despite following the instructions pasted. "
