"The rooms and amenities are excellent for the price, no complaints there. The staff are really friendly and helpful, kudos to them. I had a small hiccup with the room but they handled it professionally. The only downside is that City Square and Komtar are about a 15 mins walk away (not the easiest to navigate) and I had to keep using private hire cars to get there. Nevertheless, I would book with the hotel again. "

"Yeah it’s a bit on the pricier side but it’s the cleanest property I’ve stayed in JB ever and I’ve tried a couple of other hosts just in R&F cove as well. Super good experience with these guys."
