"The room had everything that I needed. Walls were a little dirty, bathroom was also had some stains but overall cleanliness was still acceptable as this is a 3 star hotel Afterall. The hotel staff were helpful and responsive to requests. Room emenities included hair dryer, toothpaste+toothbrushes, soap, shower gel, hair shampoo, bottled water and basic tea sets. Was overall a pleasant stay for two nights."

"The hotel lobby, lift and bathroom had a humid, sewage smell. The moment we entered the room, we were hit with an overpowering air freshener smell that gave us a headache. Hotel room flooring was sticky and we resorted to wearing the paper thin slippers (there would be dust/hair stuck on your feet if you didn’t). "Stayed at RF on the 23rd floor with a beautiful bay view. The scenery was truly relaxing, especially with the wide open view from the room. The space was comfortable, clean and perfect for a peaceful stay. Definitely a lovely experience and worth recommending."

"We booked this hotel primarily for it’s access to self-service laundry machines. The machines were broken and there was no communication from the hotel. I found out when I enquired at check-in. When I asked when will it be fixed, the front desk said to check the next morning. I understand that machines break down, but what was unacceptable was that when I called the next morning to check on the status of the machines, the person responding to my inquiry said “I don’t know. I haven’t checked.” This person didn’t offer to check or to call back to let me know. When I personally walked down to the front desk to ask when the laundry machines would be fixed, they looked baffled and didn’t know that the machines were broken. One person offered a feeble response by saying the machines aren’t maintained by the hotel. This is a service advertised by your hotel. It’s not right to say the machines are someone else’s responsibility. The hotel guests isn’t the one responsible for tracking down who maintains the laundry machines. This issue put a damper on our stay in an otherwise really nice place."

"The hotel is about 10 to 15min walk from City Square and easy to get to. Initially, we did not know how to get there, so took a bus from JB Sentral, #J10 and drop about 350 meters from it. Staff guided us to go to the 3rd floor carpark and turn right towards Public Bank, City Square is just after it."

"Great hotel, too bad the pool was under renovation during our stay. My only concern was the aircon and light switch in the room. The aircon seems to only be on one temperature, no matter how you adjust it and the main room light switch was not working. Other than that, all was great"
