They promote scam massage therapist
They promote a massage therapist that I paid for 70 minutes, she did 45 minutes, told me she did all of it, took my money and left. I went downstairs and complained, because I had a phone call to mark the time. They called her and she said I was a few minutes late, that’s why. I asked why she lied and didn’t explain up front and she hung up. I asked for management to contact me, they never did.

Old and need an upgrade
Hotel needs a makeover. Many items seem old. Bed headstand seems to be a relic from the 90s. Internet connection was spotty and youtube streaming did not work well. Still using physical keys to a door - should switch to card.

Decent low-cost, no-frills hotel
Well located, decent low-cost hotel. No frills, little decoration and a little tired, but clean and reasonably comfortable. Wifi sometimes slow. Good for 1-2 nights, probably a bit dull for longer.

Loved it mostly, but expedia ad says wifi in every room. There is no wifi at all. Has ethernet, but my laptop no longer has ethernet sockets. Other than that, great!

A short stay but found the hotel clean and quiey. Very conveniently close the the train station, bus depot and big malls. Had a good nights sleep!!

Good spot, very firm mattress
Friendly staff and great location. It is close to Shimbashi station so it is easy to get to from the airport. The area is a good shopping area, lots of restaurants as well. Room and bathroom were small, but it is Tokyo. The mattress was very firm, which might not bother some people, but I found it uncomfortable.

Easy access from a station and ginza, Tsukiji
It was 2nd time I stayed there. You have everything you need. I wish I could had an USB charger or consent around a bed. Easy access from a station and also to Ginza.

Good value and location
Spent my last two days in Tokyo before ending my vacation and heading home. Stayed at the Ginza Int'l. The location is great, just a couple of minutes walk from a subway station, and the hotel was clean, quiet, and efficient. The room wasn't even "too small", as a couple of other rooms I stayed at in Japan were! I have no hesitations in recommending this hotel and would stay there again.

Good location and helpful staff
Overall a good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were a good size for Tokyo and was reasonably priced compared to others in the area. The hotel is well located close to Ginza shops, trains and restaurants. The hotel provided useful tourist information and had good wifi. Only thing we did not like were the very hard beds.

Convenient Hotel in Up Market Area
Second time at this hotel. Views aren't great but location is ideal for getting around using the JR line. Lawson and 7/11 stores nearby aswell as onsite pizza restaurant. Air conditioning and wifi are a plus. Room is relatively small but welcome to Japan! Staff are friendly and helpful.

For the price at this location at Ginza, there is really nothing to complain. The hotel is very hotel and won't have much service or equipment, but it is ok clean.

The hotel is in a great location, a 2 minute walk from Shinbashi Station. The hotel has a pizzeria on site and also has 7/11 and Lawson stores within a minutes walk. The staff were friendly and helpful- they kept my bags safe when I arrived several hours early and also let me borrow a few things I hadn't remembered to pack (such as scissors etc). The room was tidied every morning. The fridge, hair dryer and tv all worked ok. The tv channels didn't have English speaking channels but then again, why would they?

Excellent location
Close to Shimbashi station and conveniently located in Ginza this was a good place to stay in a moderately priced hotel. Rooms were fairly basic but clean and comfortable. No breakfast at the hotel but plenty of convenience shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. Reception is on the 3rd floor and the hotel is signed as Ginza International Hotel (Kokusai is Japanese for International) so it could easily be missed. Helpful, friendly staff as always.

Small but cozy
Small room but plenty for one person. Never ran out of hot water. Was hard for the air conditioner to cool my room at night for me to sleep well so I had to open the window which made it a little noisy with all the street noises. The beds were also very hard but the pillow was really nice.

Nice little biz hotel, south end of Ginza
Only stayed here one night, but room was clean and pretty comfortable, small, but not as small as some I've stayed in in Japan. Night desk guy had almost no English, but day staff was fine. Turned out I badly injured my foot while out that night, the staff the next AM was super-accommodating, helping me down from the room, getting me a cab to take to Narita ($230 cab fare, but it was really the only option). I usually stay at Royal Park Shidome (directly attached to the Shimbashi Station complex), but they were full this night, this place was way cheaper anyway, and still pretty convenient. I'd stay again, no problems recommending to others.
