"The staff were without exception, kind and helpful. The property is right on the parking area for the gondolas. We were able to get a drink and sit outside and watch them all. The room was small, but very functional and well maintained. Out of all the cities in Italy, throughout all my visits, this was my favorite hotel. I will be back! Amazing stay."

"Really charming with modern finishes. Murano is nice and quiet and slow compared to Venice so it was nice. Transportation is super easy, the dock is right in front of the hotel. Hop on, go to Venice in a heartbeat."

"Room was great, staff was very helpful and friendly. Lots of information and quick to reply to messages. Found the room a bit warm and noisy, but in buildings that are hundreds of years old, wasnโ€™t a surprise. There was no elevator in this hotel, which is also no surprise in the old buildings. Great location to access Rialto bridge, St Markโ€™s, and Grand Canal. Did a gondola ride only 2mins walk away. Ask for Luki Luki. We were quite happy with this hotel."

"It was amazing, best location in Venice. The staff helped us on our travel experience, taking a local taxi line 1 Piazza san Marcos. They also advise us on the best way to get to the airport. The breakfast is a must. Very good, low price and great ."

"We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The front desk staff were super helpful with recommendations on where to eat. Our room had a view to the water canal where we could see gondolas pass by. It was a bit noisy however, but we were on the main level floor. Overall I would highly recommend, location is central, staff are friendly and super helpful and the hotel itself is beautiful."
