"The stay was good. However when I booked the room I was hoping it was gonna be the ones in the picture I feel like we got the leftover rooms (when I booked back in February). We got the attic and we got a low room with a bath/shower that was hard to use. Since the ceilings were low my boyfriend smacked his head. Luckily he was ok. I wish we were able to get the other rooms. Just request not to be in this room."

"Breakfast is great! If you get there early, you can get a table with a canal view. It's a buffet and included in your stay Room is ok. The hotel is 500 years old, so keep that in mind. Room is quiet tho, and everything worked. Location is great! really a 3 min walk to rialto bridge in one direction and 3 min walk to st mark's square in the other direction. plenty of restaurants and shops around the hotel. Service was wonderful. all the staff were friendly and knowledgable and spoke english. Transfer service is a must. inquire about transportation to and from airport. makes your life soo much better."

"Surprising good hotel. I wasn't expecting a fully renovated and modern hotel in Venice. Location was convient too. Lots of good resuturants nearby and access to water bus to get around the island and further points. A fast water bus shuttle to the airport, very close to the hotel. Great breakfast and very clean rooms."

"Relatively expensive but exclusive hotel, served well with local water bus and hotel private water bus to city centre. We had access to a special executive lounge area where snacks were provided inclusive of the room charge. The food on offer around 3pm was very disappointing, just a few dried crispy snacks with some sodas. It was nit clear how to use the facility which was unstaffed apart from an occasional visit from a staff member to clear tables. I would expect much more of such an upmarket hotel. Breakfast on the other hand was amazing, with a lovely choice of hot and cold food. Staff were welcoming and helpful, especially Elisa (apologies if I have your name wrong) who was very attentive and thoughtful about her approach to guests. Thank you!"
