"All staffs are excellent guest services. The restaurants are very good foods. The only thing that I don’t like is the customers front desk are not friendly and when I asked for 1 hour late check out she said no. Most hotel they will help 1 or 3 hours late check out because of the emergency meeting or event of the guests "

Each time Ms. Jenny gladly helped me adjust my booking. She was very polite and respectful and it made my experience that much more enjoyable!"
