"Staff were super friendly and spoke great English. We were able to check into our room an hour early which was great. Room was big and spacious, with a very long hallway. The bathroom did not offer much privacy as the sliding door didn’t close probably, it would have been better if the door faced the hallway. I had a terrible sleep, since there were so many random sounds in the night. There was this clicking sound like someone is using the keyboard every few minutes and that freaked me out, as it felt like someone else was in the room. I later realised it might have been the water pipes, as I did a deep dive into the other reviews on this hotel. Overall, I would not come back or recommend this hotel if you are a light sleeper."

"We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton. The accommodation was comfortable, and the cleanliness really stood out — it always felt so nice coming back to a clean and fresh room after a long day out. We also appreciated the laundry area, which was very convenient during our stay. We were able to wash our used clothes, and they dried quickly, making it easy to pack everything back into our luggage before leaving. The service was good, and the staff were helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is also very accessible to public transportation, which made getting around much easier. Overall, it was a very convenient and pleasant experience."

"Booked a junior suite room, room was spacious comes together with a washing machine (with drying function). City view was good. Downside is L26 front only opens on weekends, normal day check in need to go to L1 lobby."

"Top location, at the steps of exit of Gongdeok station with direct link to airport and easy access to key areas in Seoul. Rooms are comfortable. Bathroom has a great shower. All spotlessly clean. There also is a 7-11 on site open till 1AM! On the negative side: I had a stressful departure. Front desk called 5 minutes after check out time informing me that if I won't check out in 15 minutes I will be charged. Communication style needs serious improvement because it cancelled my otherwise positive impression of the hotel."

"The Hotel is amazing! We stayed in a room with a full size fridge and wash tower. This allowed for great flexibility when it came to leftovers and washing clothes in our own time. The staff is great and the location is very good! With metro and bus stations at a very short walking distance. Will stay here again for sure!"

"The location is great. Walkable to many things. We walked to the War Memorial. The hotel was nice. The only draw back was that the double bed was not comfortable. The single bed was fine."

"The hotel was clean, luxurious, and very nice overall. The room itself wasn’t very large, and the two beds were a bit small, but when we requested an extra bed, they kindly provided one for us. We were staying with our child, and the hotel felt very clean and family-friendly. The location was also excellent — very close to Yongsan Station, the mall, Champion Kids Café, and many restaurants. Overall, it was a very convenient and great place to stay. Breakfast was great. "
