"My only complaint is that there should be clearer signage on where the shuttle picks up and drops off for going to universal studios and back to hotel."

"Kind of a mainstay in the area right next to the Dolby Theater. Good for business, leisure, couples and families. "

"When we first got there, they gave us a room was that half of a joint room. Nothing like the photo on here. You walk into the room and there is a bed and walls. That’s it. My partner and I found it unacceptable considering the price we paid. So we went to the front desk to ask for an upgrade. The staff was awesome. They gave us a room on the 9th floor (no charge), the room looked exactly like the picture of the traditional king size room. Really happy at the end! "

"Lovely hotel, was a great surprise that we could see the Hollywood sign for our room. Very clean premises and friendly staff. Only issue was the TV placement in the room, it was often in the way when there are 4 adults and 4 suitcases in one room"

"Easy walk to beach for daily salt water grounding. Close enough to several great coffee and smoothie options including the one in lobby. Easy access to freeways. Super friendly staff. Gym was adequate but limited with space they have available. Beds and pillows were great room lighting system super easy to control all lights from several spots! Highly recommend overall. "

"I enjoyed our overnight stay at this property. The entire staff were very welcoming and friendly. I’m picky when it comes to the hotels I stay at on vacations or get always so to say that I would definitely stay here again is a plus. The rooms were clean, gave a relaxing vibe, and I loved the aesthetics of it all. The only minor detail that I would’ve liked the hotel to have is a larger pool, it was too small in my opinion. It was crowded and not enough room to sunbathe. "

"We liked the hotel very much. It was clean and quiet and close to several nice restaurants in easy walking distance. The parking garage is difficult to figure out but the HELP button at the gate actually worked and my issue was quickly resolved. The parking fee seems very high though."
