spacious one bedroom apartment style n is so much better than a hotel room! though i have a good view of the road, the glass window was dbl glased so there was no noise at all!!! fantastic area for us as it's away from the hustle and bustle of touristy areas! very good quality cafes nearby and being an office area has local eateries too! mahogany cafe is a must go if u like gd coffee and a quiet place to relax! twosome place has red bean bingsu n is 24 hours!!! one of the better dessert cafes...

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and regularly provided room service. Close to train station and two malls.

We arrived late and the hosts waited patiently for us even though it was almost midnight, and even gave us a free upgrade of the room. It was a very good experience as this is our first time staying in a guesthouse, and we definitely will go back in the future if we need lodging at Hongdae. Thanks for the breakfast too!! ^__^

Amazing value for money. Hotel staff were helpful, genuine, just great disposition in general. Breakfast was great with just the right amount of variety. Location’s extremely central if ur on a girls trip.

Nice neighbourhood with cafes, eateries and a supermarket. less crowded compared to our touristy areas. A short walk to the Seonyudo Park. Near to subway station (Line 9). Comfortable stay.

Very nice , modern property. Spacious rooms with good WiFi. The gym is great for a hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly. For an extra charge you can get an early check in They have a water refill station and a convenience store next door. The bed is very comfy and you sleep well One small thing to consider their room service is limited, it’s not easy to order in. For diner You will need to take a cab or walk for an area with food, otherwise, the convenience store is a good substitute . But...

Good location away from the crowd yet convenient to access the city. Botanic park and subway station right next to the hotel. Across the street lots of restaurants. Water filter in room, saves the trouble of carrying water from the convenience store. Also able to order robot delivery of convenience store items.

The hotel has all the qualities of a great 5 star. Grand Hyatt Seoul is one of the nicer and luxurious one compared to other Grand Hyatts in the world. Super classy hotel with great services to match. I love their ice skating rink, and managed to squeeze time to enjoy their pool too during my short stay.

Excellent experience! Will return to this property.

Our family of four had a great stay and found the location to be super convenient with access to multilple subway lines and several department stores.

Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable.

Modern design with touch of korean tradition (pottery & tea etc) gives a unique cozy feeling.
