"They gave us a wrong room with shared bathroom so we had to stay for one night not two, no staff at night or at check in. Other rooms are great and good people. Need a refund for the cancelled night. "

"The Epic Sana is a 5 Star A+ hotel. The staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful with whatever you need, restaurants, guides, spa, etc. The inclusive breakfast has so many choices we didn't know how we would find room for lunch! Two pools, one of the roof and one in the basement with the spa and gym. It was a wonderful vacation stay in the middle of an urban city."

"We loved this Hotel. Staff were so friendly and professional. Location is great, 5 minute walk to main bus station and train station. 5 minute Uber from airport. Large mall and grocery store right across the street as well. Rooftop restaurant is very nice. The breakfast quality could be improved is only recommendation. "
"Sweet staff. Clean place with a good view if your room.faces the front of the hotel. The neighborhood seems a bit rough. there was a lot of yelling and homeless people fighting til like 3-4 in the morning every day. But the back side of the hotel is towards the touristy area and is quieter. overall good location for tourism."
